The Bracken Hill brand was already established when we began working with the McGinnis Group. Our job was to maintain the high levels of design and to continue to develop their brand, keep it fresh and progress it with each phased release.

Working closely with the Marketing Department within the McGinnis Group we have helped develop their ideas and provided materials which are unique, different and get their development noticed in a crowded marketplace whilst attracting the right type of buyer.
